Our dataset is entirely composed of 100% Airbnb and Booking listings within your chosen city.

The short-term rental data used in the report is up to 30 days old, beginning from the moment you confirmed the order. In most cases, the dataset is obtained once your order has been submitted.

Once we have delivered your report, the short-term rental data that feeds it does not get updated. If you need up-to-date data several months after you purchased the report, feel free to reach out to us using the contact page and we will provide you with a personalized quote.

Our proprietary algorithm fetches the latest listing data from Airbnb for your city of interest. The raw data is then processed and used as an input in the report.
