(i) Data and Services “As Is” Disclaimer: All information and/or data received and/or derived from the use of our website, the software, and/or services related thereto are provided and/or created “as is.” Nothing in this agreement, the software, and/or services provided therein, not in fact, constitutes legal advice in any way or in any form. Users hereby disclaim and waive any reliance whatsoever upon the same.
(ii) Disclaimer of Warranties: We, ONERA GROUP LTD, disclaim all warranties and representations relating to our website, the ONERA GROUP LTD products, software, content, methodologies, deliverables, documentation, and/or services, whether written or oral, express or implied, statutory, or other. We disclaim all warranties and representations as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, compatibility, security, accuracy of data and its valuation, accuracy of data, reliance on data, reliance on third party supplied data and/or freedom from viruses. We disclaim all warranties and representations arising from custom or trade usage, from course of dealing or performance, or from promotional materials, proposals, or other descriptive literature. The software is not custom software, and we do not promise that the software will meet the user’s requirements. (iv) Limitation of Cumulative Liability: At no time shall the cumulative liability of ONERA GROUP LTD for all claims arising out of or related to this agreement, any user’s use of this website, and/or the ONERA GROUP LTD software in any way, under any theory of liability, exceed the total amount of all fees paid to ONERA GROUP LTD by the user during the twelve-month period immediately preceding the accrual of the most recent claim.

The Company expressly disclaims any guarantee or warranty, whether express or implied, regarding the success, profitability, or outcome of any investment made by users based on the information contained in our STR Reports. Investments involve risks, and outcomes may vary based on numerous factors.

Users are solely responsible for their investment decisions and outcomes. The Company shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or adverse consequences resulting from decisions made by users based on our STR Reports.
